When We Should Talk
We should talk when:

- The employer must prepare for or respond to litigation when sued for alleged violations of California or federal employment laws such as discrimination, retaliation or failure to pay overtime

- The employer is responding to changes in the organization such as reductions in force, hiring and recruiting, or growth requiring an assessment of all employment documents and procedures including handbooks and employment agreements

- The employer seeks to be proactive in managing its risk by protecting its business interests and ensuring compliance with the often confusing web of laws and regulations that govern the employment relationship.
